There is a 85-VFLGA Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. In this case, RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.With transceiver RF's high reliability and efficiency, this emerges as a TxRx + MCU.High reliability is achieved by using advanced transceiver RF' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this RF transceiver should be at least 1.8V.RF transceiver operates based on the frequency of 240MHz~960MHz.
