SI4112-D-GT Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed.
