SI4123-D-GT Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.8GHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~3.6V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Frequency Synthesizer component.
