SI5345A-B-GM Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. There are 64 pins that are available on the clock PLL. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 712.5MHz.
