SI5345A-B-GMR Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 64 pins. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
