SI5347A-A-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There are 64 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. In this case, we are looking at a frequency generator with 4 elements that is low-jitter. The maximal current supplied for this frequency synthesizer operation reaches 240mA.
