SI5347B-B-GMR Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. It is possible for an element to be destroyed by thermal damage if the supply current is too high (above 240mA)
