SI5348A-D-GM Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. Featuring hitless switching, holdover, and jittering, this is a TELECOM CIRCUIT telecom clock PLL.
