SI5351A-B02075-GT Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 2 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 2.25V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA.
