SI5369D-C-GQR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 100-TQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. 100 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 243MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
