SI5394P-A-GM Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 44 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi312.5MHzes a high-quality 312.5MHz clock output frequency. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
