SI8251-IMR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. Due to its small size, it is included in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. It is important that the temperature is kept at -40°C~125°C while functioning. The device is an outstanding choice for Digital Power Controller owing to its outstanding performance. High efficiency is possible because of the 2.25V~2.75V power supply voltage. There have been a total of 28 terminations for this system. It is equipped with a total of 28 pins.
