SI8501-C-IS Overview


For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. As a precaution, these current sensors are packaged in the Tube to protect them from damage. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. Current sensors have terminations of 20. Current sensors have been designed for 5A current. This current sensor contains 20 pins. It is possible for the current sensors to supply 5.5V voltage when they are operating. These current sensors can supply a voltage of 3V while working. It has 20 pins.
