SI8502-C-IS Overview


As a safety precaution, the current sensors are packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. In order to prevent damage to the devices, these current sensors are packaged in Tube. Current sensors should not supply current higher than 7mA. There are no terminations on the current sensors. In this case, the current sensors have been designed for a current of 10A. In this current sensor, there are 20 pins. When they are operated, the current sensors can provide 5.5V voltage. While working, these sensors can supply a voltage of 3V. A 20 pin electronic part is used in this product.
