SI8503-C-IM Overview


For safety reasons, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. For protection, these current sensors are packaged in a Tube. It is recommended that current sensors do not supply a current greater than 7mA. Currently, the current sensors are terminated with 12. Current sensors have been designed for 20A current. This current sensor contains 12 pins. During operation, the current sensors may provide 5.5V voltage. The current sensors can provide a voltage of 3V when they are in operation. Electronic parts with 12 pins are available. Current sensors should produce a voltage of 2V.
