SIM6812M Overview


For packaging, Tube is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 40-DIP (0.657, 16.70mm), 29 Leads package.With the 13.5V~16.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Through Hole.The operating temperature of -20°C~100°C TA enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.Bootstrap Circuit is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.40 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 15V.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 3.75A when the ambient temperature is specified.
