MLP33-10 package is adopted.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number SIP41103.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.There are 10 pins available in the device.The device is specifically designed to operate at 5V volts.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.5A.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.Components with 10 pins are available.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 50V.Having the maximum power dissipation of 960mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 3mA.Based on its power supplies of 5V, it solves the problem of power supply failure for a variety of applications.During operation, a voltage of 3mA is applied to the power supply.By using the frequency 1MHz, we can increase efficiency.
