SM353LT Overview

During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 600nA as the maximum current. To be output, magnetic switches should be rated at a maximum current of 150μA. There are 3 pins on the switches that allow them to work. The file contains 3 terminations. A switch's current output should generally be 310nA. Magnetic switches can provide 5.5V voltage when operating. It works by supplying 100μA current nominally.
