SN7400D Overview


Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. Ensure the part's full functionality by setting the voltage to 4.75V~5.25V. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. Neither the high 400μA 16mA low state of output current is 400μA 16mA. The 7400 series contains it. There are 14 terminations totally. The part has 4 functions that significantly boost the user experience. I would like to point out that this chip is part of TTL/H/L. SN7400 can help you find device variants.
