SN7404DR Overview


Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Based on the Inverter logic principle, it works. The part must have a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V in order to function properly. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C.
