SN74128N Overview


The part comes in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. A NOR Gate logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operating temperature extended to 0°C~70°C.
