FIFO memory chip is included in the 132-BQFP Bumpered package.The package comes in a case of Tray .In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 4.5K 64 x 36 x 2 .It is recommended that the temperature be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.There is a mounting type of Surface Mount on the FIFO memory.A voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to operate it.The 74ABT series comprises this memory logic.There is a maximum operating current of 130mA in memory IC's supply.A supply voltage of 5V is capable of producing high efficiency.As a result of this, FIFO means contains 132 terminations.With the help of this FIFO memory, PARITY GENERATOR/CHECKER; MAILBOX can also be generated.As a result, Vsup is set at 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum voltage supply).In order to ensure normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.5V .
