FIFO memory chip is included in the 132-BQFP Bumpered package.In terms of packaging, it comes in Tray cases.The FIFO chips have a memory of 4.5K 64 x 36 x 2 that can be used to store applications and data.Regulating the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable operation.It is mounted in the Surface Mount position.It uses a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V to operate.The 74ABT series contains this memory logic.A maximum operating supply current of 130mA is provided by this FIFO products.If the supply voltage is set to 5V , high efficiency can be achieved.In FIFO means, there are 132 terminations.It is also possible to generate PARITY GENERATOR/CHECKER, MAILBOX with the use of this FIFO memory.FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V .Keeping the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V is essential for normal operation.
