Packed in TSSOP, the part is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Totally, there are 14 terminations. There are 4 features that significantly enhance the user experience. It represents the ACT product family. A total of 14 pins are injected into the part body. The logic device can be mounted on the Surface Mount axis and is used in a wide range of applications. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. As the part is in a quiescent state, it has 2μA current flowing through it. Gates is a typical logic device. In this part, the load capacitance is 50pF. The method TAPE AND REEL is packed into it. This part requires 5V power supplies, according to its datasheet. For operation, 4 elements are used. It is specified with the 5V volts voltage that the chip must be supplied with as its operating voltage. In environments with temperatures above 85°C, the device should be avoided.
