SN74ACT10N Overview


As the part is packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), international shipping is convenient. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. According to NAND Gate logic, the algorithm works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C.
