This package is included in 64-TQFP .There is a case Tray in which it is packaged.The FIFO chips have a memory of 18K 1K x 9 x 2 that can be used to store applications and data.It is recommended that the temperature of the system be regulated to 0°C~70°C for reliable operation.There is Surface Mount mounting type for this FIFO memory.It uses a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V to operate.The 74ACT series includes this memory logic.Mounting it in the Surface Mount way is recommended.In terms of its family, it is part of the 74ACT2235 family.When the supply voltage is 5V there is the possibility of high efficiency.FIFO means contains a total of 64 terminations.As far as the operation pins are concerned, they are 64 pins.In order to operate it, it requires 400μA volts of current.The supply voltage should be set to 5V in order to achieve FIFO's maximum efficiency.When the frequency is set to 50MHz , the system can maintain good accuracy.With the help of this FIFO memory, BYPASS-XCVR can also be generated.By using 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip achieves enhanced flexibility.
