FIFO memory chip is contained in the 44-LCC (J-Lead) package.There is a case Tube in which it is packaged.It is possible to store data and applications on the FIFO chips as they have 18K 1K x 9 x 2 in their memory.Keeping the temperature at 0°C~70°C will ensure reliable operation.It is mounted in the Surface Mount position.For operation, it requires a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V .The 74ACT series comprises this memory logic.A maximum operating supply current of 400μA is provided by this FIFO products.High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V .FIFO means contains a total of 44 terminations.With the help of this FIFO memory, BYPASS-XCVR can also be generated.Vsup is set to 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).To ensure normal operation, make sure the supply voltage (Vsup) is above 4.5V .
