SN74AHC08DE4 Overview


This part is conveniently packaged in SOIC, making it easy to ship abroad. In total, 14 terminations have occurred. The part has 4 functions that significantly boost the user experience. There is a chip in this package that is a part of AHC/VHC/H/U/V. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Many applications include this logic device with a Surface Mount mounting. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. The part has 2μA current flowing through it in the quiescent state. The logic device shown here is a typical Gates. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance. The industry TUBE method is included. During operation, there are 4 elements. When the temperature is higher than 125°C, the device should not be operated. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -40°C. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not be supplied to the device in normalcircumstances.
