The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using Inverter logic, it functions. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. An extended operating temperature of 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius.
