Shipping overseas is convenient due to the part's packing in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. This logic works according to the AND Gate principle. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around 0°C~70°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. Neither the high 400μA 8mA low state of output current is 400μA 8mA. A 74ALS series product. In total, there are 14 terminations.
