SN74AUCU04RGYR Overview


This part is conveniently packaged in 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship abroad. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. Using Inverter logic, it functions. This part needs a voltage of 0.8V~2.7V to function properly. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C degrees Celsius. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 9mA 9mA output current in the high or low states. 74AUC is the series it belongs to. 14 terminations have been made so far.
