Logical driver uses a neat SC package. Tape and Reel external packaging. 5 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 1.2V. In the AUP/ULP/V family, the electric component belongs. 5 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 5 pins.
