SN74F20NSR Overview


Due to its 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. Around 0°C~70°C is the extended operating temperature.
