The part comes in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. Inverter logic is the basis of its operation. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~6V is needed. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C.
