This part is conveniently packaged in TSSOP, making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The total number of terminations is 14. It has 4 functions that enhance user experience significantly. There is a chip like this in HC/UH. The part body receives 14 pins. There are many applications for this logic device, mounted at Surface Mount. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. When the part is quiescent, 2μA current flows through it. There is Gates logic device like this in the world. There is 50pF load capacitance associated with the part. The method TR is packed into it. For operation, there are 4 elements. It is specified that the operating supply voltage for the chip will be 5V volts. It is not advisable for the device to operate in environments where the temperature is higher than 85°C. As determined by test statistics, the part would operate at -40°C. It is recommended that users do not supply the device with voltage above 6V in normalcircumstances. A low voltage of 2V should be applied to the part. A part with 2 input lines performs better. In this case, the output current is rated as 5.2mA.
