SN74HC20DE4 Overview


Due to its SOIC packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In total, there are 14 terminations. It has 2 functions that enhance user experience significantly. I would like to point out that this chip is part of HC/UH. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. There are many applications for this logic device, mounted at Surface Mount. Datasheets for functions of 14 pins are available. The current flowing through quiet parts is 2μA. There is a standard Gates logic device here. A 50pF load capacitance is present in the part. There is a method TUBE in it that is designed for the industry. Totally, there are 2 elements used for operation. It is specified in the operating instructions of the chip that the operating voltage will be 5V volts. In environments above 85°C, the device should not operate. Test statistics indicate that the minimum operating temperature of the part would be -40°C. It is recommended that users do not supply the device with voltages greater than 6V under normalcircumstances. 2V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the part. Part performance is enhanced by 4 input lines. 5.2mA is the output current rating.
