SN74HC27NSR Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NOR Gate. The part must have a voltage of 2V~6V in order to function properly. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C degrees Celsius. In Surface Mount, the part is mounted. Current output is 5.2mA 5.2mA in both the high and low states. The 74HC series contains it. In total, there have been 14 terminations.
