SN74HC7002N Overview


Shipped in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the part is easy to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. NOR Gate logic governs its operation. A voltage of 2V~6V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. Mounted in Through Hole.
