SN74LS107ADRE4 Overview


The flip flop is packaged in a case of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The output it is configured with uses Differential. The trigger configured with it uses Negative Edge. There is an electric part mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A 4.75V~5.25Vsupply voltage is required for it to operate. A temperature of 0°C~70°C TAis used in the operation. There is JK Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. JK flip flop belongs to the 74LSseries of FPGAs. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 45MHz. As a result, it consumes 6mA quiescent current. Terminations are 14. It is a member of the 74LS107 family.
