SN74LS10DRE4 Overview


This part is conveniently packaged in SOIC, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). 14 terminations have been made so far. There are 3 features that significantly enhance the user experience. I would like to point out that this chip is part of LS. Part bodies are injected with 14 pins. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. Datasheets for functions of 14 pins are available. The logic device in this example is a typical Gates. Circuits number 3 make up this device. The industry TAPE AND REEL method is included. According to the datasheet, the part requires 5V power supply. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 70°C. As determined by test statistics, the part would operate at 0°C. It is not recommended for users to supply devices with voltage exceeding 5.25V in normalcircumstances. It is recommended to use 4.75V as the lowest voltage for the part.
