SN74LS10DRG4 Overview


Due to its SOIC packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. The total number of terminations is 14. A significant improvement in the user experience can be achieved by the part since it has 3 functions. I would like to point out that this chip is part of LS. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. There are many applications for this logic device, mounted at Surface Mount. The functions of 14 pins can be found in the datasheets. It is a typical Gates logic device. There are 3 circuits in this device. A method of industry TR is included in the package. The datasheet specifies that the part requires 5V volts of power. In the specification of the chip, it is specified that the operating supply voltage will be 5V volts. When the temperature is higher than 70°C, the device should not be operated. A minimal operating temperature of 0°C has been determined from test statistics. In normalsituations, users should not supply voltages higher than 5.25V to the device. In general, it is recommended to use 4.75V as the part's lowest voltage. There is 8mA rating for the output current.
