SN75451BP Description


The SN75451BP is a dual peripheral driver designed for use in TTL-based computers. This SN5545xB and SN7545xB family is operationally interchangeable with and replaces previously manufactured SN75450 and SN75450A family devices. The devices have the same speed as the SN75450 series, and the parts are engineered to prevent latch-up. Diodeclamped inputs make circuit design easier.
