SP6120EY-L/TR Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. There are several dc to dc voltage regulator in the AnyFET? series.
