SP691ACN-L Overview


There are 16 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 4.75V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain, Push-Pull.
