SPI-6631M Overview


For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the sake of cost savings.Based on the supply voltage of 13V~33V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a 16 termination using the H bridge which matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 24V.IC type BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER is used as H bridge circuit's analog IC.
