SR1HARU Overview


As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 6 in total. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. IC management is packaged as a 6-UDFN package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Reset Timer products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power managment ic pin count is 6. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 2V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use SR1, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
