SR2HARU Overview


As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 6 in total. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a 6-UFDFN package. As with other Reset Timer products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In a 3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management system has 6 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.65V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using SR2, the base power ics number. The IC power comes from the well-known Smart Reset? series.
