SR2PARU Overview


As you can see, this power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find 6-UDFN functions for your reference. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Reset Timer products. When a supply voltage of 3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. 6 pins make up the power management. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.65V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA.
