SR2UARU Overview


Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for 6-UDFN functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Reset Timer line. The supervisor is always powered by a 3V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.65V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
