SSM2602CPZ-REEL7 Overview


It is supplied in the LFCSP EP package for the purpose of space saving. 28 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. This device consists of a row of 28-pins. The board has 28 pins configured. This device is mounted on a PCB which uses the Surface Mount technology. 3.6V should be the maximum value of the supply voltage. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. The minimum value of supply voltage should be maintained at 1.5V. There is no supply voltage for it. The device is able to operate at 3.3V voltages. It is set with a maximum value of 85°C to maintain normal operation. The operating temperature is set with the minimum value of -40°C to keep normal use.
